Ramona Ayala is an adult learning professional with a passion for creating customized educational and corporate digital media solutions that are engaging, interactive, and not a one-size-fits all. She has experience building customized Management and Editorial programs, as well as project managing several system rollouts including learning management systems, and content management systems. Through her experiences at AOL and Hearst Magazines, Ramona is able to comfortably and efficiently work in project teams among product managers, front-end developers, executive stakeholders.

Currently, Ramona attends NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development studying for a Master’s in Digital Media Design for Learning. In this diverse program, Ramona plans to continue doing instructional design work and have a more hands-on role with digital educational products.
